I sympathy for your current feeling. As a senior school student, you should learn your all subjects well first. This is the most important thing. Just as you say, you are too busy with your study, however, studying is your job now. You can develope your sbject which you're interested in simultaneously. In order to enlarge your vocabulary, it's the best way to increase your quatity of reading. When you come across the new words, you can mark them then check them in the dictionary. In my opinion, increasing your quatity of reading can help you to develope your reading skills too. You can persist in it and you can get more unexpected acquisition. As to increase your reading speed, you should read more materials too. In your spare time, you could listen to the BBC or VOA NEWS from the radio, meanwhile, you could see the English films. As for enlarging vocabulary and developing reading sills , I advise you to read some wonderful newspapers or magazines and read them aloudy, such as "China Daily" "NewYork Times" and so on.
